Uses: By Military & Government Agencies
The PALight Survival with white LED is US Military Approved - NSN 6230-01-465-3082. In addition, the (NVG) PALight Survival model has recently received the Night Vision Devices Branch, Fort Rucker, Approval as a supplemental helicopter cockpit flashlight, due to its choice of levels of brightness, its ultra-long battery life, its lightweight compact, palm-size, and its ruggedness.
The NVG Survival has already been supplied to numerous units in the US and to those serving abroad in Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Japan and UK.
PALight NVG Survivals have been the cockpit companion for many army helicopter pilots. Below are just a few of the many comments we receive praising the Survival for its uses, its small compact lightweight body, ultra-long battery life and rugged reliability. Thank you very much! A couple of us have been searching for cockpit lighting solutions for a while. It seems anything we found was either way too bright, or too bulky. A fellow (more senior) pilot told us to look at the PAL website, since he's had his for over 8 years. It was a no brainer! Thank you again! CW2 JR January 2012
Thank you. I lost my last Palight somewhere over Jalabad, Afghanistan. These are the greatest lights to use while flying NVGs in a Blackhawk. I am attaching the logo that you offered to put on our new Palights. We appreciate that you put these on for those of us in the military. You are an Awesome American company. Thanks again.

I live on a black out FOB, your light is the best product available for this. I am a UH-60 pilot in Afghanistan. Not only is it the best light to use on a black out FOB, but it is also the greatest supplemental flashlight to use in the UH-60. You produce the best 4 modes flashlight available to navigate our unseen hazards. Thank you for your excellent product.

A little feedback on your product. I am an Army UH-60 helicopter pilot and your green LED PALights are popular amongst us for supplemental cockpit lighting at night. Especially great is how they are always dimly on and can be quickly found, while the green color doesn't interfere with the minus-blue filtered NVGs that we use. Generally I only use the dimmer setting. I use the break-away neck lanyard to keep the flashlight close where I need it. Thank you for your fast service.

The PALight continues to work great under NVGs while flying combat missions. Thanks for your great product.

James,
Thanks for the fast response. I have a blue LED light. Can't say how much our company loved these in Iraq. They were awesome. We ordered a bunch for our flight crews. One battery all year!

Thank you for our Palights with the red LED ~ and the great deal! Nothing but enthusiasm as I passed them out to the crew. A great fully functional tool.
Warm regards, XO Honolulu ~2010
James,
I used the PALight for NVG. I was in the Army for 25 years. I was a crew chief and did a lot of night flights. I really liked the PALight. Now that I am out of the Army I use it for camping and I can always locate it even in the junk in my kit because of its permanent glow. There are so many uses for this great light. Thanks again,
