Safe-Light Industries, LLC. warrants each flashlight to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the flashlight. Safe-Light Industries, LLC. obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the flashlight in the event that failure is determined by Safe-Light Industries, LLC. to be the result of a defect in materials or workmanship. This service shall be free of charge for parts and labor. Misuse, alterations, breaking of seal between battery housing and lens housing (removing top) voids all warranty expressed or implied. Safe-Light Industries, LLC. reserves the right to make changes to the flashlight at any time and the right to replace, if defective flashlight cannot be repaired, with new and improved components, or a flashlight made to new specifications. Safe-Light Industries, LLC. reserves the right to discontinue a particular model at any time and in an event that the defective can not be repaired, and is discontinued, Safe-Light Industries, LLC. agrees to replace the warranted item with the later model.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state, and this warranty supersedes all previous warranties and commitments. The parties agree that this constitutes the entire warranty agreement between the parties, superseding all previous communications made either oral
or in writing. It is expressly agreed by both parties that no representation or warranty, expressed or implied has been or is made by Safe-Light Industries, LLC. except as stated herein, and Safe-Light Industries,
LLC. makes NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR AS TO ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS AND
PARTICULAR USE.
Safe-Light Industries, LLC. liability under this agreement shall be solely limited to the repair or replacement of the flashlight. The liability of Safe-Light Industries, LLC. for any and all loss or damage resulting from any cause whatsoever including negligence of Safe-Light Industries, LLC. and or alleged damage or defective goods, irrespective of whether such a defect is discoverable or latent, shall in no event exceed the price of the particular with respect to which losses or damages are claimed, or, at the election of Safe-Light Industries, LLC., the repair or replacement of the defective flashlight. IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING THE CLAIM OF NEGLIGENCE SHALL SAFE-LIGHT INDUSTRIES, LLC. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO THE USE OF THE FLASHLIGHT PRODUCT.
